DTY series bucket elevator is designed for continuous vertical lifting operation of powdery and granular. It extensively applies for the lifting of bulk stocks in feeding stuff plant, flour mill, and grain depot of different scale.

The different of two buckets
1.Low damage rate new buckets

2.Normal buckets

First, the new type buckets has low speed and when grain drop into outlet, it likes flowing water and will not break seeds. The old buckets will throw grain out with little damage rate.
Second. The new buckets distance is one by one and very strict in bucket belt. For old buckets,
One meter just 4-5 buckets.
Last, New type bucket elevator has 5 tons/h and 10 ton/h capacity. Normal one is 3 tons to 100 tons.

Usually Our DTY bucket elevators have two types. One is mobile type and one is fixed type.
For connect single machines, you can use the mobile type elevator, and it is easy to move.

For fixed type elevator, we use them in grain cleaning or seed processing plant. Our elevators can meet different clients’ requirement.
