Mobile seed processing plant is used for cleaning, grading and treating seeds, grains, cereals, and other granule products. It can be equipped to suit a variety of special jobs and purposes.
The plant consists of bucket elevator, rotary cleaner, chemical seed treater.
Main features and function:
Trailer: Single axle with leaf spring, safety tread on the surface of platform.
Bucket elevator: with large feeding hopper and dust cover.
Aspiration unit with cyclone: removing the dust and light impurity.
Rotary cleaner: removing large and small impurity.
Seed treater with dosing pump and medicine tank: The seeds will be coated with liquid chemical before sowing, for against the different pest and diseases, lead to better germination.
Control panel: control all machines easily.
Wiring loom: to protect the electric wires.
Square tarpaulin and simple support frame: to prevent the rain.
