Our new DTY bucket elevator’s idea is from SATAKE bucket elevator and it is designed for continuous vertical lifting operation of powdery, granular and small lump. It extensively applies for the lifting of bulk stocks in feeding stuff plant, flour mill, and grain depot of different scale. This type of elevator is used widely in developed country.

Automatic adjusting equipment for belt tightness. We use five high strength springs for bucket elevator head.
The normal bucket elevator after using half year, the belt will be loose. The new type elevator was installed above springs which can tight the belt automatically. This status can keep more than 3 years.

For this new type elevator, we just have only 10 tons/h capacity but height can be designed according to requirement.

If clients need very high bucket elevator, we can design the springs in lower position. Clients can adjust this equipment easily.

Nesting Board designed to Prevent dust leakage from the inside bucket elevator body. It can protect working environment as well.

For bottom grain changing cup.,
We used good design for it, There is two small screws for fixing it. When remove two clips, It can open outlet and can remove the bottom grain easily when you want to process next grain.
