5XQS-L Destone is mainly used in separating small seeds (vegetable seeds, forage seeds and flower seeds ) and stones. It is the use of the different specific gravity and suspension speed of food grains and stones. Adopt the method of Wind and mechanical movement, to remove sand and other heavy impurities. It is mainly used in all kinds of seed for removing the stones and Soil particles, getting the robust seeds.
Working principle:
Laboratory destoner uses grain and stones density difference to separate stones from seeds. By adjusting platform vibration frequency and bottom air volume, the destoner can low density granule and high density granule. Seeds are quickly layered at the material feeding downward; heavier particles move to high-end along the long rectangular hypotenuse, lighter seed grain along the length of the hypotenuse square move to the lower end, the seeds and stones, soil particles separating. The sieve table, vibration frequency are air flow are adjustable to meet small grain size, sorting seeds of different density requirements.
